Stalcup's Mysis Shrimp
A great pattern for western tailwater fisheries, trout have been known to feed voraciously on these freshwater shrimp. A very realistic pattern, it is a great imitation and it should be in your fly box if you fish tailwaters.

The Mysis Shrimp is also abundant in the cool deep waters of the Great Lakes. They make up a signifigant portion of the Steelhead and Salmon's diet, thus this pattern can be fished for those species as well.
