Within 21 days of receipt of your purchase,
items can be returned to Fly Depot
It's necessary to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from
Fly Depot. Obtaining an RA number ensures that the return process is handled efficiently and that credits are
issued in a timely manner. Please read on for more details about obtaining an RA number.
Within 21 days of receipt of items purchased from Fly Depot, customers may choose to return:
Any new item in original packaging and in new condition.
Any item received in a damaged or defective condition.
Any item received in error.

Obtaining A Return Authorization Number If you plan to return items to flydepot.com it's necessary to
obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers help us process returns quickly and efficiently. Follow the
steps below to obtain your RA number:
- Visit this link to obtain your
Return Authorization.
- Simply enter your Order
Number that was issued at the time of purchase.
- You'll then receive your RA number and further
instructions. The RA number will help us process your return quickly and accurately.
- Be sure to send the item(s)
back to the address listed below with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation!
Credits and Shipping Costs
Within 15 business days of receipt of your returned item, you will be issued credit for the original purchase price
and any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. If you qualified for Free Shipping, and by returning items your revised order total
falls below the Free Shipping minimum purchase amount ($150.00), then you will be retro-actively billed the ground
shipping rate. Items that are returned 22 business days or more from the date of purchase and items that are returned without a Returns Authorization will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Note: All sales are final (no returns) on purchases of all Sale, Clearance or Closeout items.
