St Croix Legend Ultra Fly Rod
The Legend Ultra's high-modulus SCIV graphite with IPC® technology is graced with slim-profile ferrules and the tastiest components available.
Preparation is everything. Fuel, a couple dozen Royal Wulffs and your best poker face are mandatory. A big bag of partially hydrogenated, powdered-sugar-covered energy biscuits, and coffee so thick you have to spoon it out of the thermos, finishes things off. With that combination you can storm right through lunch without setting your Legend Ultra® fly rod down for even a minute. These are the rods we completely redesigned and upgraded last year (2004) without touching the price. As if they weren't the best deal in fly fishing as it was.
