Description:
Bitch Creek Nymph
This variation of the stonefly nymph is best fished when there is no discernable insect hatch activity. It's rubber legs impart action that will entice larger trout.
The Bitch Creek Nymph is a large profile fly that will produce bigger fish. It is especially effective when the insect activity is low. It's rubber legs, two-tone woven body and hackling help this nymph pattern to pull the lunkers out of the holding water. Fish it deep and be ready. It won't be a 4 inch trout that hits this pattern!
